Hanovertownship flag ceremony for Scouts day

We have been asked to present the colors (flags ) at the Hanover township Board meeting .
we will practice for 10-15 min present flags . Accept a resolution form the board . it will be a quick ceremony . right after we are done the scouts can go .

please rsvp so we know how many scouts can attend ,

Scouts MUST be in full class A , so scout shirt , neckerchief, slide and scout pants ,
